Last year I made one of these pillows with Joey's hand prints, this year I will make a matching one with Jackers. They were really easy to do-I used freezer paper to cut out the give thanks part then painted on his hand the turkey and pressed it onto the burlap like a stamp.
We also made turkey cookies this weekend for Joey to take this morning for snack-the topic of the day is turkeys. They turned our ok, but not exactly what I had envisioned, but I am pretty sure the pre-K class won't care as long as they taste good.

ReplyDeleteOh thanks Jane Anne, I have a new facination with royal frosting. I used to hate it, but thanks to tutorials on annie eats blog and bake at 350 I am having fun experimenting with it.
