Should I do them with or without the drapery??

Joe likes them without, I kind of like them with,
but I just can't decide.
I think I will leave them like this for a week or so until I make up my mind.
The best part is they only cost about $20-you have to check out the gals tutorial-so cheap and so easy!!

I have been wanting to do something with our window treatments in our bedroom, but you know your bedroom is always the last place any decor happens, at least in my house. I have drapes that I love, but they drive me crazy-they turn on the rod, the rods get twisted, they don't bunch just right and there is a funny gap here or there. This past week I say this post and thought, "THAT'S IT!", so this weekend I busted them out (special thanks to my honey who endured endless hours as a human big toy so I could get them done.) I love this gal's site-so creative and beautiful!!
I would say "WITH". Having the drapes adds another layer of texture, etc. Make the blinds "disappear" a bit. :) Good job!!!
ReplyDeleteI like it with the drapes.
ReplyDeleteI like with...not so bland...lovely valances
ReplyDeleteAwesome idea! I agree with Annie - adding another layer of texture - you can't go wrong! Thanks for sharing
